You can set-up your print jobs so that the printer can store the jobs in memory.
This keeps the information secure until you are ready to retrieve it from the machine.
(Please note this is currently only for Ricoh Model Printers)
Select 'Printer Properties' option for the printer destination (where you intend to send your document).
Pick the Drop down menu under 'Job Type' and change it to 'Locked Print'
Select the 'Details' button, input your Name and a Four digit PIN.
Save this option, now any print jobs will be stored on the 'Printer Jobs' or 'Quick Print Release' menu on the copier.
