Open your emails online as normal and scroll down to Groups on the left hand side.
Click on your Schools Name and select Files at the top.
Once youve clicked files click on Browse Library on the right hand side. This will open a new page where you can see all of the shared areas for your school. You can Bookmark/Favorite this page to make it easier to access in the future.
