Click on start menu and type Control. Select Control Panel
Then select View Devices and Printers
Next select Add Printer at the top of the page
Then click The printer that i want isn't listed
Next click Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname
We will then provide you with the details of the IP address of the printer you want to add. Input these into the Hostname or IP address:
You will then be prompted to name the Printer. We advise naming it the school name and location. i.e Biscovey IT Suite
