Aspire IT Helpdesk

Log into ParentPay website.

Go to Help > Downloads.

Download and install MISsync.

Once installed open folder

c:\users\%username%\appdata\local\ParentPay.

Replace the config.xml file with one downloaded from here:

https://tcat.sharepoint.com/sites/itteam/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?id=%2Fsites%2Fitteam%2FShared%20Documents%2FMISSync

You should be able to complete the set-up using the schools login and Dfe details.

Now you can perform manual sync's using the MISsync.
