1. Search "Control Panel" in the search bar. navigate to: > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center> Change Adaptor Settings
2. Right-click on your network connection and select "Status." Then "Details"
4. Locate the Physical Address. The value for the physical address in the Network Connection Details window is your MAC address.
5. Copy and Paste the Physical address and send to the technician.
