1. Press the Windows key + "R"

2. A box will appear in the lower left-hand side. In there type "cmd"

3. A black box will appear on your screen. Now type "shutdown -r -t 0"

Make sure everything is saved before this. This will do a full reboot of your machine and should solve the issue.
