During the current period of social distancing and keeping our working environments safe, we are recommending that you remove your 'Hold' or 'Locked' print feature.
Although the 'Hold Print' feature is a convenient one, it has been highlighted as a potential risk for users touching the screen to release jobs.
Below are some easy steps to follow in order to temporarily disable this feature.
(Please note this is currently only for Ricoh Model Printers)
Select 'Printer Properties' option for the printer destination (where you intend to send your document).
Pick the Drop down menu under 'Job Type' and change it to 'Normal Print'
Save this option.
Now any print jobs will be no longer be stored on the printer, instead they will be printed out straight away.
