Press the 'START/Windows' icon in the bottom left.
Type 'Command Prompt' and Select it when it appears in the list.
In the Black Box on-screen type exactly
shutdown -t 0 -r
Now press return.
This will stop ALL services and reboot your laptop.
It will restart itself so no further action is required on your part.
There is potential that a windows update may occur during this procedure, Please allow this to complete.
