You can install an App on your personal device.
This can display a QR code that can be scanned on the iPad to change your sign in/out status.
Please follow the steps below in order to set this up.
Download and install the 'Sign in companion App' from your relevant app store.

Once installed and running the app press 'Connect' and the app will request a 5 digit code.
*** Send an email to ICTHelp@iaspire.net and request your 'Welcome email' and 'App code' for signing in.***
You will receive an email directly from 'Sign in App'
This will contain your 5 digit code.
**Please note the code is only valid for 48 hours. After that time you will have to follow the procdure above to resend the email from the iPad.**
Now on the app you will see your 'Sign In Badge' this will display your photo and your personal QR Code.
Next time you wish to sign In/Out simply launch the App on your mobile and present the QR code to the front facing camera on the iPad. It will automatically scan you and switch your status to In or Out depending on if you are coming or going.
You can also use the app to sign yourself in, bypassing the iPad altogether.
You can open the app and toggle 'Enable Mobile Sign in'
This will need access to your device's GPS data.
Once your device is online inside the school radius your GPS location on the app will update and show you the Site.
You can toggle Sign in/out to update your status.
It is good practice to keep using the iPad however as this routine is embedded, switching to use the app could mean that you are left off the fire register if you forget to sign in on that day.
