Due to legislation, you will now be prompt to accept the 'Acceptable usage policy' when you log into email, Teams or OneDrive.


It has come to our attention that this can cause an issue when using Google Chrome Browser to access your email.


This message will appear.







Option 1: 

Click the 'Extension' button in blue. 

This will take you to the Google Extension Store to add the required component.

Select 'Add to Chrome'.  



Next, you will now need to completely close Chrome and restart it.  

You should find that you can now read and accept the Policy.



Option 2:


Migrate to Using the New Microsoft Edge Browser


This should already be installed on your laptop.


You will find that any Microsoft Office 365 Applications will automatically sign you back in.

(This browser is fully compatible with Single Sign in).

Other Third party apps will require you to sign back in, but all credentials can be saved again.

You'll find also that any saved Bookmarks/Favorites will be backed up into your 365 Account and will sync to other Devices.

Another benefit of using Edge Browser over Chrome.
