1. Check User has Intune Licence
2. Get the user's password and change auth phone number in intune to your own
3. Backup users Docs/ bookmarks etc to OneDrive
4. Rename laptop
5. Connect to Azure through 'Settings'>'Accounts'>'Access work or school'>click 'Connect'>'Join this device to Azure…' - using user's O365 account
6. Reboot or Switch User
7. Log on to the laptop with the user's O365 account
8. Activate Windows 10 Pro if necessary KNKTV-YCF4C-W6BTP-HF8TB-X4R9M
9. Check OneDrive is signed in
10. Sign into Office apps
11. Sign into Edge. Sync settings and show bookmarks bar
12. Setup bookmarks and Desktop Shortcuts to Email and 365 Shares
13. Sign in to Papercut
14. Check BitLocker state
15. Update the Asset Inventory to reflect Win 10 upgrade, change of Storage and Azure managed etc
16. Change phone number back to users in intune
Additional Step when Reassigning a Laptop
1. Within Intune>Devices Select AutoPilot Reset
2. Within Intune>Devices>Properties Check Primary User (by using AutoPilot Reset this should update the primary user)
