TeamViewer is the software that allows us to provide remote support to your computer.

Older versions of Teamviewer will soon stop working. Can we please ask you to check that your device has the latest version to ensure that we can continue to help you in a timely manner.

Please:

  1. Left click on your taskbar on the arrow to show your hidden icons
  2. Right click on the TeamViewer icon
  3. Left click on "Check for new version"
  4. Click download/update.

Note: If this is not updated, the IT Team may be unable to remote onto your system and provide support.
