• Sign device out of apple id
  • Reassign to Mosyle MDM on ASM
  • In Mosyle go to > My School > Enrollment > Apple DEP > Aspire Academy Trust - ‘View Devices’
  • Click Update to pull devices from ASM
  • Wipe or set-up iPad, after activation will Remote Manage
  • Find Enrolment code for your desired Group in Mosyle > My School > Shared Device Group

For default no policy Group use: 8YG37K Then reassign after enrolment!

If it doesn’t prompt for a code, you are on IOS 12.5.5 or lower. The device will instead go into ‘Limbo’ group – just reassign to desired group as normal.

  • Search serial on lightspeed and forget device
  • SCAN ASSET and update management to Mosyle, adjust last audit date
  • ADD ASSETT ID NUMBER TO DEVICE IN MOSYLE
  • Open Mosyle manager app and accept prompts to enable location.
