If you cannot print, then the first thing to check is that the Print Deploy app is signed in.
1. Click the down arrow in your taskbar.
2. Right click on the green papercut icon and click on View my printers
(Newer versions display a green printer icon)
3.Click the “Sign in with Microsoft button”
4. This will open Microsoft Edge - please head to the browser to log in to papercut. Once logged in this window will appear.
5. Once signed in you can close the window and print.
