Enable 2FA on your account
Log in to your MyConcern account using the following link: login.thesafeguardingcompany.com
- Click your name in the top right, then select My Account, then Two Factor Authentication option
- Click Setup a 2FA Device and provide it a name (We recommend naming it so that you can identify different devices in the future)

Within the app, click the Plus in the top right of the app, then select Work or school account, then Scan a QR code

- Use your mobile device to scan the QR code on the screen and it should then link your device and display a code.
- Enter the code into the text box at the bottom, then click Continue.Click the 'Enable' button on the 2FA page in MyConcern.
- You can then go back to the homepage, by clicking your name in the top right and then Home.
To ensure that the setup was successful, we recommend logging out of your MyConcern account and then logging back in using the authenticator app to verify that the two-factor authentication process is working correctly. When logging in, you can ask it to remember you for 2 weeks which will save you from having to enter a code each time.
